MSH CHINA won the “2016 China Compensation & Benefits Solution Provider Value Awards” conferred by Human Resource Excellence Centre (HREC), and was elected as “2016 Top 10 China Health Benefits Solution Provider” together with Mercer, Aon Hewitt and other consulting companies. MSH CHINA’s representative- Director of Business Development, Rebecca SUN received the award.
“Value Award” is an evaluation & voting program of excellent branding by HREC. This influential & reputable award is the Oscars in HR industry in China, featured the whole HR industry’s attention. The “China Compensation & Benefits Solution Provider Value Awards” strictly respected the principles of “fair, equitable, open” during all processes. 500 people in charge of company's compensation and benefits have been surveyed to evaluate the brand awareness and brand favorite, which lead to the final list of winners.
After the award ceremony, Rebecca SUN made a keynote speech entitled “How to build a competitive employee medical benefits plan”. Every year, when working out the benefits budget, HR always faces problems, like lacking of innovation in medical welfare and difficult cost control. The speech has proposed different solutions on how to make a long-term plan for employees’ medical welfare and implement in stages, as well as introduce the concept of employees’ options and burden sharing into the design and management of medical welfare plan, to improve its competitiveness.
Experts in charge of HR compensation and benefits and professionals from over a hundred of enterprises nationwide were presented in the award ceremony and have witnessed this glorious moment.
